COMMUNITY IMPACT
Through arts, education, youth development, civic engagement, and community-centered initiatives, Elizabeth’s work has reached more than 5,000 people across Florida. Her programs are designed to bring people together, expand access to opportunities, elevate community voices, and create spaces where young people and families can learn, create, connect, and participate.

From classrooms and community projects to international service and economic empowerment initiatives, experiences across five continents have shaped Elizabeth’s approach to leadership—learning from different communities, cultures, and approaches to problem-solving and bringing those lessons home to the work she does in Lake Worth Beach.

From expanding opportunities for young people and supporting local businesses to strengthening economic opportunity, preserving the character of our city, and taking a community-first approach, she believes thoughtful leadership begins with listening and working alongside the people you serve.
